Job Description Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to join our team in Denver, CO. This position is a remote opportunity. The ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture and Demand Intake Resource will work with Business Technologies, Solutions Architecture and stakeholder teams to review current ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture configuration and related CSDM data model

The resource will help establish and document an end-to-end NPR intake process using ServiceNow Demand Management, demand tasks, decision records, dashboards, and technical review checkpoints. The resource will also support architecture round table (ART) by defining how demands should be screened, routed, technically reviewed, and dispositioned. Roles and Responsibilities The resource will perform the following activities: Review ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Module and CSDM Alignment Assess current and planned use of ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture, Business Applications, Business Capabilities, Service Instances, Technical Services, Software Models, Technology Reference Model concepts, and related CSDM records.

Establish the NPR Intake SOP and process improvement. Work with the defined intake process for new technology and service-related requests using ServiceNow Demand Management. Process required fields and data objects, including models, business applications, vendor or manufacturer, support model, business capability alignment, existing solution check, ownership, primary contact, and target go-live information.

Support the intake process while creating a clear path for future automation and maturity. Support Demand Technical Review Through ART Support the Architecture round table (ART) for review, screening, prioritization, technical review checkpoints, reuse considerations, required stakeholders, and demand disposition outcomes. Document how ART feedback, recommendations, risks, objections, approvals, deferrals, rejections, and handoffs should be captured in demand work notes, demand tasks, decision records, and dashboards.

Deliverables ServiceNow EA and CSDM review - Summary of current state, target-state considerations, configuration gaps, data-model risks, and prioritized recommendations for Enterprise Architecture, Business Application, Service Instance, and related CSDM records. NPR Intake Process SOP - Documented end-to-end process using ServiceNow Demands, including intake form guidance, demand lifecycle, required fields, review routing, decision points, handoffs, and disposition outcomes. ART Technical Review Model - Recommended criteria for when ART review is required, how technical risks and reuse opportunities are evaluated, how ART decisions are captured, and how demand disposition should occur.

ServiceNow Configuration and Data Recommendations - Practical recommendations for demand tasks, decision records, dashboards, reporting fields, stakeholder tracking, sensitive data handling, information objects, and CSDM relationships. Scenario Testing and UAT Support - Support for representative intake scenarios such as new product request, enhancement request, reuse review, rejected duplicate request, data object linking, business application creation, service instance creation, and demand handoff. Knowledge Transfer and Final Recommendations - Live walkthrough with documentation, process maps, decision trees, operating guidance, training considerations, open questions, and next-step recommendations for DEN stakeholders.

Out of Scope Long-term production support, managed services, or ongoing administration unless included in a follow-up engagement. Broad ServiceNow platform implementation outside the NPR intake, Demand Management, Enterprise Architecture, CSDM, reporting, and ART review scope described above. Custom application development or heavy ServiceNow customization that is not explicitly approved by DEN.

Cybersecurity penetration testing, red team activities, or unrelated security assessments. Vendor selection decisions, contract negotiations, or legal determinations. Experience Five years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, Strategic Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Enterprise Architecture or Application Portfolio Management, CSDM, ITSM, service modeling, process design, and stakeholder facilitation is highly desired.

The preferred resource will have practical experience designing intake workflows, demand lifecycles, review boards, approval or decision tracking, dashboards, business application and service instance modeling, and governance processes that avoid unnecessary customization while supporting auditability, reporting, and operational adoption.
