About the Role
The Video Production Manager works to execute Marketing activities and provide leadership for A-LIGN's video production efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of all types of video content initiatives, owning the full production lifecycle from pre-production through post-production. As the Video Production Manager, you will provide exceptional creative and production strategies to help support the continued growth of our fast-paced company. A-LIGN will depend on you as the Video Production Manager to lead video storytelling efforts, conduct on-camera interviews with executives and thought leaders, oversee editing and post-production, manage the company's YouTube channel, and partner with content and social media teams to deliver engaging video content that aligns with broader marketing objectives. This role plays a critical part in establishing and growing A-LIGN's in-house video capabilities while producing customer, thought leadership, employee, and event content across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Stand up and maintain in-office video setup; select, source, and maintain equipment (cameras, lighting, audio)
  • Set up shots and configure space for on-site shoots in the Tampa office
  • Travel to key events (industry conferences, customer sites, SKO) to capture footage
  • Prepare and conduct interviews with A-LIGN executives, thought leaders, and employees
  • Edit video for quick turnaround across formats (long-form, short-form, social)
  • Manage A-LIGN's existing podcasts and develop concepts for additional podcasts or video series
  • Storyboard videos and own the creative direction from concept to final cut
  • Produce LinkedIn and YouTube content; manage A-LIGN's YouTube channel
  • Partner with the social team on video social strategy and with the content team on alignment to broader campaigns
  • Repurpose existing footage-including customer case studies and prior shoots-into additional cuts and derivative content
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, or other relevant fields

EXPERIENCE
  • At least 3 years of experience in video production with end-to-end ownership of projects from pre-production through final delivery

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE IN:
  • Corporate or B2B video production
  • YouTube channel management
  • Interview-style and documentary-style video formats
  • LinkedIn video content creation

SKILLS
  • Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; comfortable selecting and maintaining gear
  • Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • Strong visual storytelling and creative direction abilities, from storyboard to final cut
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable directing and conducting on-camera interviews with executives and thought leaders
  • Detail-oriented with an exceptionally high bar for production quality
