Senior Creative Operations Producer

Flock Safety

Remote

$110K - $140K/yr

Full-time

Posted 15 days ago

Job description

The Problem
As Flock Studios expands its output across Brand, Creative, Video, and Events, scaling production across multiple concurrent initiatives requires dedicated operational leadership. Executing small-to-mid-sized brand and video projects end-to-end demands a producer who can manage workflows, streamline reviews, and refine production playbooks without compromising creative quality. You will own integrated production logistics, maintain operational standards, and keep creative teams delivering effectively at scale.
What You'll Own
  • Lead end-to-end production for small-to-mid-sized brand and video initiatives, managing shoot logistics, resource allocation, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Partner with department leads to execute, maintain, and evolve production workflows, intake standards, and operational playbooks.
  • Oversee review cycles, stakeholder feedback, version control, and asset delivery, establishing Frame.io as the single platform for feedback.
  • Manage asset delivery schedules for live events, coordinating closely with event managers to supply all required video and creative content.
  • Implement AI-enabled tools to streamline production planning, workflow documentation, and administrative task automation.

What This Role is Not
  • This isn't a traditional narrative film producer role, you will focus on integrated brand and video execution across multiple concurrent projects rather than script or feature development.
  • This is not a strategy or storytelling position, your primary focus centers on production logistics, workflow execution, scheduling, and asset delivery.
  • This isn't a high-volume lead producer role for mega-budget shoots, you will partner with senior production leaders on large-scale efforts while personally running small-to-mid-sized productions.

What You Bring
  • Proven experience leading integrated content or creative production end-to-end within an in-house tech team or creative agency.
  • Deep operational familiarity with project management and media review platforms including Asana, Frame.io, and Google Workspace.
  • Hands-on knowledge of incorporating generative AI tools into creative production workflows to automate planning and asset organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously in a remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with creative asset management systems or automated status dashboards is a plus.

Compensation
In this role, you'll receive a starting salary between $110,000 and $140,000 as well as Flock Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in depth with you during our first chat.
Why Flock
Every community deserves to be safe. Flock builds the technology that makes that real: last year we supported over 1 million criminal investigations and helped locate more than 10,000 missing people. We're 1,700 people building the impossible with over $1B in funding, and the expectations are high on purpose. If you want a role where the stakes are real and the pace matches, this is it.
Some problems get solved faster in the same room, so we prioritize candidates in Atlanta and Boston. Hub-based roles mean real in-person time with your coworkers. Remote roles exist, and when a posting is open to remote work, it says so.
Building the impossible takes every kind of mind. Flock is an equal opportunity employer, and we know the best solutions come from diverse perspectives, experiences, and skills working together with mutual respect. Everyone is welcome to apply. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, email recruiting@flocksafety.com; your information stays confidential and is used only to arrange the right accommodation for your interviews.
On compensation: we pay fairly for the work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education, training, and market indicators. The range in this posting covers base salary only and doesn't include equity, sales bonus plans where applicable, or benefits. The range may be adjusted over time, and this posting may span more than one career level.
One last thing: all legitimate communication from Flock comes from an email ending in @flocksafety.com or noreply@ashbyhq.com. We never make offers through messaging apps or third parties, and we never request payment or sensitive personal information during hiring.
