Home Equity Clerk We are seeking a Home Equity Clerk to manage the administrative tasks involved in the home equity loan process. Key responsibilities include: Receive and review home equity loan applications. Order and review appraisals, title reports, and flood certifications. Input loan data into the loan origination system, maintaining accurate file records. Update loan status information and communicate changes to relevant parties. Prepare closing documents and ensure all necessary signatures are obtained. Update insurance tracking in financial operating system. Verify payment of real estate taxes on Home Equity loans. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. One year to three years of similar or related experience. Understanding of mortgage lending principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
