Field Marketing Manager - Americas

Role Overview

The Field Marketing Manager - Americas serves as a key marketing partner to sales and business leaders across Rackspace, translating regional priorities and growth objectives into focused marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.

This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You will serve as a marketing focal point for key stakeholders, developing and executing integrated field and account-based marketing programs that may include executive engagements, customer events, targeted campaigns, digital activation as part of the ABM programs, and sales follow-up.

Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to independently move programs from idea through execution and measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted marketing focal point for assigned Americas sales and business stakeholders, understanding their priorities, target accounts, pipeline needs, and go-to-market objectives.
  • Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with Rackspace business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic accounts and account clusters in close partnership with Sales.
  • Own end-to-end execution of field programs and events, including planning, audience strategy, stakeholder coordination, vendors, budget, execution, lead follow-up, and measurement.
  • Partner across Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations, Sales, and other teams to bring integrated programs to market.
  • Use digital tactics as part of broader field and ABM programs to engage target audiences before, during, and after key activations.
  • Ensure leads and account engagement generated through programs are appropriately captured, followed up, and connected to pipeline opportunities.
  • Use data and insights to evaluate program performance, optimize investments, and communicate marketing impact to stakeholders.
  • Manage program budgets and external vendors with strong operational and financial discipline.
  • Leverage platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as AI-enabled tools, to improve program execution, personalization, and productivity.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing, demand generation, ABM, or integrated marketing experience, preferably within technology or complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing and field marketing programs in partnership with Sales.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior sales and business leaders.
  • Proven ability to own programs end-to-end, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience executing customer and executive events as part of broader demand generation and account engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline, lead management, campaign measurement, and marketing ROI.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot preferred.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Highly resilient and adaptable, with the ability to stay focused, resourceful, and execution-oriented in a fast-changing environment where priorities, stakeholders, and business needs may shift frequently.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support programs and events across the Americas.(~30% travel)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The compensation range for this position ranges from $84,769.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to 124,290.10 USD/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
