Sperton Global AS, a global recruitment and consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, has partnered with a fast-growing U.S.-based DTC fashion and apparel brand within the retail industry. We are seeking a Sales Associate (B2B) to join our client's team in Carrollton, Texas.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role focused on driving B2B sales growth, building strong business relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and confident in representing a retail brand across multiple channels, including trade shows and industry events.
What You'll Do
• Generate and qualify B2B leads, converting opportunities into sales
• Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
• Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive conversions and customer retention
• Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely deal closures
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market demand
