Compensation: $80-$180 per hourWe are seeking creative professionals with strong design sensibilities to contribute to a research initiative with a leading AI organization. In this role, you will apply your expertise in visual design and aesthetic judgment to evaluate product design decisions and assess quality across a variety of creative outputs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who combine design experience with a sharp eye for detail and usability.
Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate product designs and visual outputs based on quality, usability, and aesthetic appeal
  • Provide informed decisions and feedback on design choices, layout, and overall presentation
  • Apply design principles to assess visual consistency, hierarchy, and user experience
  • Review a variety of assets including graphics, documents, presentations, and digital interfaces
  • Follow structured guidelines to ensure consistency in evaluations

Basic Qualifications
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English
  • Strong sense of visual design, layout, and presentation quality
  • Ability to make thoughtful, consistent judgments on design and aesthetics

Preferred Experience
