Account Manager – Remote State Farm Insurance Sales
Nick Albernas State Farm
Fully Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Work Remotely. Produce at a High Level. Be Rewarded for Results.
Nick Albernas State Farm is seeking an experienced Remote Account Manager to join our high-performing agency. This is a sales-first opportunity designed for an accomplished State Farm professional who has a proven history of production, thrives in a remote environment, and enjoys building lasting customer relationships while consistently closing business.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a self-motivated insurance producer who can work independently, manage a strong sales pipeline, and deliver measurable results from day one.
Position Overview
As a Remote Account Manager, your primary responsibility is agency growth. You'll generate new business, conduct strategic policy reviews, cross-sell and upsell existing customers, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
While providing exceptional customer service is essential, sales production is the primary focus of this role. Success is measured by consistent activity, disciplined follow-up, and achieving monthly production goals.
The successful candidate will be expected to produce 35+ applications per month through new business, referrals, cross-selling, upselling, and proactive account management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year of State Farm agency experience is required.
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required prior to employment.
  • Demonstrated history of strong insurance production is required.
  • Candidates must provide proof of production and a positive professional reference from a current or former State Farm agent.

What You'll Do
  • Generate new business through referrals, lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, and cross-selling.
  • Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive retention, referrals, and additional sales opportunities.
  • Manage your sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and disciplined activity.
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain compliance with agency standards.
  • Collaborate virtually with agency leadership and team members to support continued growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum one year of successful State Farm agency experience.
  • Fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
  • Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding production goals.
  • Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-disciplined, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • A competitive, results-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers protect what matters most.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.
  • Strong earning potential tied directly to production.
  • Warm leads and ongoing sales support.
  • Continuous coaching, professional development, and sales training.
  • A collaborative, high-performing agency culture that rewards results.
  • Long-term career growth with an established State Farm agency.
If you're an experienced State Farm producer with a proven track record of success and you're looking for the flexibility of a fully remote role backed by a high-performing agency, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
