Summary:
Join us on the frontlines of translating behavioral science into action, and action into improved outcomes for both patients and the health organizations that serve them. Today, our clients see us as experts whose technology and collaboration enables them to get their patients to act. Tomorrow, Health Catalyst will lead the charge in our industry, using consumer science to make patients feel more seen and known in their healthcare than ever before, while enabling provider organizations to deliver richer experiences. You will play a pivotal role in delivering on this vision, making a direct impact on patient experience, the product roadmap, client retention and growth, and healthcare at large.

    • Brand Marketing (campaigns and messaging)
    • Sales (enablement and buyer-facing content)
  • Contribute insights that improve go-to-market strategy and messaging effectiveness

Performance & Optimization
  • Evaluate content effectiveness and refine messaging based on engagement and outcomes
  • Continuously improve clarity, resonance, and strategic impact of content

AI-Enabled Content Workflows
  • Use AI tools to support scale and efficiency while maintaining high-quality, human-driven writing

What you will need to be successful:
Core Qualifications
  • Exceptional writing ability (journalism, editorial, or B2B content background preferred)
  • Experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, ideally in healthcare or health tech
  • Proven ability to write for executive and buyer audiences
  • Strong portfolio showcasing thought leadership, brand, and/or product marketing content

Key Skills & Traits
  • Strong critical thinker who can operate without a defined playbook
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex healthcare concepts
  • Comfortable writing across:
    • Executive audiences
    • Technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly curious, proactive, and adaptable
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
