As a member of our virtual team, you will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions and consultations. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans that suit their mental health requirements.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a wide range of emotional and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as primary care physicians and psychiatrists, to offer holistic support tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate electronic medical records to document client progress, treatment plans, and session notes, adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and team discussions aimed at enhancing service delivery and therapeutic methodologies.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the facility’s programs and promote patient engagement and satisfaction.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active, unrestricted license in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of professional clinical experience working directly with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong therapeutic relationships through effective communication and empathy.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services in a remote setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Therapy can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic telehealth environment.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
