Type: Full-Time Remote | Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

About This Opportunity:

Join a growing business as their Social Media Manager and take ownership of building a strong, engaging, and high-performing brand presence across social platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to combine creativity, content strategy, community engagement, and performance analysis to grow audiences and drive measurable business impact. You’ll manage social media strategy, content planning, publishing, engagement, and campaign performance across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

We’re looking for someone creative, organized, proactive, and highly comfortable managing multiple platforms while staying on top of trends, engagement opportunities, and performance insights.

If you enjoy social media strategy, content creation, storytelling, audience growth, community engagement, and brand building — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and publish content using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community engagement daily
• Build audience engagement through conversations, trend participation, and community interaction
• Launch and support organic and paid social campaigns for content, events, and promotions
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on engagement and conversion data
• Track KPIs including engagement, follower growth, reach, clicks, and conversions
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities
• Support brand positioning and online visibility through consistent social media execution

What You Bring:

• 2+ years experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing roles
• Strong experience managing business or brand accounts across multiple social platforms
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
• Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube best practices
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools
• Strong understanding of audience engagement, content strategy, and social media growth
• Analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret, and optimize performance metrics
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing social media for SaaS, e-commerce, agencies, or professional services businesses
• Experience with influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns
• Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms and campaign boosting
• Experience creating short-form video content or coordinating video production
• Background in startup or fast-growing business environments

Key Success Metrics:

• Engagement growth across social platforms
• Follower and audience growth consistency
• Increased website traffic and lead generation from social channels
• Strong content consistency and publishing reliability
• Community engagement and response quality
• Performance improvement across campaigns and content initiatives

Why You’ll Love This Role:

• High-ownership role with direct impact on brand growth and audience engagement
• Opportunity to shape social strategy and creative direction across multiple platforms
• Fully remote flexibility with creative freedom and autonomy
• Work closely with marketing and leadership teams on growth initiatives
• Exposure to content strategy, branding, paid campaigns, and community growth
• Long-term growth opportunity within social media, digital marketing, and brand strategy
