What You'll Do
We are looking for a strong communicator who is organized, tech-savvy, and has strong project management skills to work on our Marketing Operations & Technology team as a Marketing Operations Associate, focusing on project management and traffic coordination for marketing campaigns. This is a highly collaborative and extremely detail-oriented role!

  • Intake, organize, prep, and assign Salesforce Marketing Cloud design and deployment requests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and connection points.
  • Establish and nurture a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Help evolve our processes with an eye toward optimization, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • Keep teammates and business partners aligned with clear, ongoing communication and timeline management.
  • Uphold project management collaboration tool standards and best practices

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Traffic Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Analyst, Campaign Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Marketing Operations Associate, or in a similar role involving marketing project management, workflow coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven experience managing projects in matrixed organizations.
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Need strong customer service skills as well as the ability to connect and interact with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to present ideas, negotiate, and solve problems.
  • Great listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Confluence and Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
  • Experience using workflow management software, such as Wrike, JIRA, or other systems.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$55800 - $100800 / year

Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
