As an LCSW, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective psychotherapy that aligns with each patient's unique preferences and requirements.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations to ensure client confidentiality and safety.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.
• Participating in regular case consultations and engaging in peer review processes to continuously improve the effectiveness and quality of the mental health services provided.
• Offering education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field and integrating new techniques and research into your clinical practice.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut.
