• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical information, aligning therapeutic goals with clients' needs and aspirations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Deliver crisis intervention support, utilizing de-escalation strategies and crisis management techniques to assist clients in acute distress.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resource specialists, to provide comprehensive client care.
• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mental health practices, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision to enhance your clinical skills.
• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and standards set by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

At Trinity Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele representing various ages, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Our treatment approach emphasizes individualized care, focusing on each client's unique experiences and requirements. This diversity enriches our therapeutic environment and allows therapists to apply their skills to a broad range of mental health issues.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, with qualifications including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic competencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client engagement and trust.
• Empathetic and compassionate with a genuine commitment to the welfare of clients.
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a cohesive team dynamic.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practices.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

• A minimum of three years of experience in providing mental health therapy, particularly in settings that serve diverse populations.
• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling techniques and tools.

Trinity Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
