Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional well-being, employing established assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring a client-centered approach.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy settings to promote mental health recovery and resilience.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.
  • Provide crisis intervention strategies to assist clients facing immediate psychological distress, ensuring their safety and emotional support.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all documentation meets compliance standards.
  • Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to create a holistic care plan that encompasses all aspects of the client’s health.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training and supervision, embracing new therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
  • Adhere closely to ethical standards as outlined by the relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Trinity Behavioral Health Center, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, ensuring a dynamic and enriching therapeutic environment where you can apply your expertise and empathy effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW credentials.
  • Strong clinical assessment capabilities with a proven track record in diagnostics and treatment interventions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach towards client care, with a strong dedication to enhancing clients' welfare.

Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
  • Experience working in a community health setting or outpatient clinic is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with telehealth services and digital documentation practices.
Compensation and Benefits

At Trinity Behavioral Health Center, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
