Change Makers LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote position based out of Sparks, Nevada. The compensation for this role falls within a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, coupled with a sign-on bonus.

This remote position allows for flexibility while engaging in regular business hours alongside occasional evening or weekend responsibilities for events and programs. As part of a committed team, you will collaborate with other professionals, engage in community outreach, and contribute to the overall strategy for delivering impactful social services.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify the emotional, psychological, and social needs of clients, ensuring comprehensive support tailored to their circumstances.
• Provide individual and group counseling, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and recovery.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' goals and objectives, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are upheld and providing access to essential resources, services, and support systems.
• Collaborate with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance program offerings and service delivery.
• Contribute actively to program development efforts, including evaluation and grant reporting, ensuring the sustainability and growth of services provided.
• Engage in consistent professional development by participating in training sessions, team meetings, and community outreach initiatives.

The clients we serve comprise various individuals and families facing diverse challenges, often from marginalized communities. You will work with individuals struggling with mental health issues, trauma, substance abuse, and other social determinants of health, providing them with the resources and support necessary for positive change.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory for this position.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of community resources and social justice advocacy principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a compassionate approach to client interaction.

• Prior experience in a nonprofit organization or community health setting is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices will be advantageous.
• A proven track record in patient advocacy and the ability to navigate complex systems effectively.
