Job description

AirStrip is adding an Implementation Coordinator (IC) to our team. In this position, you'll play a vital role in deploying our cutting-edge solutions, leading product testing and validation, delivering top-tier training to customers, and managing on-site activation plans. As a member of our Project Management Office, you’ll ensure smooth deployments while maintaining high professional standards in customer interactions. You’ll collaborate closely with hospitals, advising stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless integration. When not engaged in customer projects, you’ll support our operations team in various initiatives.

Please note, this position requires 75-80% travel. You are regularly traveling Monday-Friday to client locations across the United States, multiple weeks in a row.

Day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execution of product testing which includes the ability to clearly document and communicate any identified testing issues to the project team. Participates and supports the project team with a speedy resolution of the identified issues.
  • Collaboration with hospital’s point of contact to successfully plan training and go-live events including communication, advertisement, management of physician and/or nursing engagement, and translation of details into a documented plan.
  • Creation and completion of assigned documents for projects (e.g., customer training and support plan documentation, product qualification documentation, product acceptance documentation, internal support and analytics handoff documentation, notifications to internal AirStrip teams of clinical releases, post go live reports, etc.). These documents are regulated by AirStrip’s Regulatory and PMO teams and are required to uploaded into the related Smartsheet and/or Salesforce repository.
  • Conducts or assists the customer with end user and device registration activities.
  • Management of on-site activation support for the customer by ensuring a smooth go-live which may include addressing end user questions, reinforcing training and high priority use cases, communicating AirStrip’s value proposition, and enhancing physician and/or nursing experience and excitement about AirStrip solutions.
  • Management of on-site activation support for the project management team which may include identifying and communicating any issues or concerns with the project team in a timely manner so that team has the ability to provide options and/or recommendations in order to minimize the perceived impact on a successful go-live or customer satisfaction.
  • Supports customers with version upgrades and other maintenance initiatives.
  • Assists AirStrip Sales and Account Managers with product demonstrations, meetings, and trade shows.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university program, focus on business, IT, or healthcare preferred, although previous related experience will be considered in lieue of a degree.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams and strong dedication to teamwork

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills along with the ability to engage physicians effectively and develop strong relationships with client points of contact to promote go-live success
  • Demonstrated ability with providing highly effective and professional customer/client support in a service setting
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and commitment to quality
  • Demonstrated leadership potential
  • Basic working knowledge of application support
  • Proven history of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

The salary range for applicable US-based applicants to this position is below.  The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.  

  • $50,000 - $57,000 base salary.
