Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic customer accounts by coordinating implementation, deployment, and adoption of Epiroc's automation, digital, and drilling technology solutions.
  • Serve as the primary customer liaison, partnering with engineering, product management, service, operations, and sales teams to coordinate project execution and resolve technical and commercial issues.
  • Manage customer deliverables, project schedules, action items, and account priorities to ensure successful implementation and achievement of customer objectives.
  • Develop strategic account plans that support technology adoption, long-term customer success, and sustainable business growth.
  • Identify customer operational challenges and recommend technology, aftermarket, and equipment solutions that improve safety, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity pipelines, project updates, and customer activities within CRM and project management systems to support forecasting and business planning.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, project performance, technology adoption, and business results while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and account expansion.
  • Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, and product performance insights to support future product development, business planning, and Go-To-Market strategies

Knowledge/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mining, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of three years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience in an industrial environment; mining and/or construction heavy equipment experience is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required with the ability to travel extensively to customer sites, industry events, and Epiroc locations as business needs require.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of surface mining operations, drilling technologies, automation, digital solutions, or related mining technologies.
  • Demonstrated success building trusted customer relationships and growing strategic accounts through consultative sales and business development.
  • Ability to identify customer challenges and develop technical and commercial solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, service, and operations, to support successful customer outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple customer initiatives, prioritize tasks, and manage account deliverables.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms, and sales forecasting tools.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers across multiple levels.
