The job: 

As a Product Marketing Manager at Buildertrend, you\'ll help shape how builders discover, understand and adopt the tools that help them run stronger businesses. Your work will connect product innovation to real customer outcomes, turning complex capabilities into clear value that helps contractors save time, improve communication and grow with confidence. You\'ll play a key role in bringing new products and features to market, influencing how teams across Buildertrend align around customer needs and business goals.

What you will do:

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product and feature launches in a specific product area, driving alignment across product, sales, marketing, and customer success.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer success to bring customer and market insights into launch strategies and messaging.

  • Craft messaging and positioning that translates product capabilities into customer value, highlights what makes Buildertrend different, and translates to pipeline and revenue growth for the sales and CS teams.

  • Build sales enablement tools and content that support productive customer conversations and business growth.

  • Drive feature adoption through content, campaigns, and resources that help customers understand what\'s new, why it matters to them, and how to get value from it.

  • Become a platform subject matter expert in specific areas of Buildertrend, including our AI-powered capabilities, and help internal and external audiences understand what we\'re building and why it matters.

  • Develop thought leadership and competitive content that builds Buildertrend\'s credibility and reflects how deeply we understand the construction industry and where it\'s going.

  • Embrace using AI as a tool to enhance your work, while remaining open to learning, applying critical thinking, and owning the quality of your final work.

Who you are and what you need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company required.

  • Previous construction tech experience is a plus!

  • Experience launching products or features, and delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.

  • A portfolio of launch work, messaging, sales materials, or other Product Marketing output you can speak to and are proud of.

  • Ability to create clear, differentiated messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Experience building sales enablement content that drives adoption and business results.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
