• Conduct thorough assessments to identify emotional, psychological, and social needs of students and their families, using standardized assessment tools and observational techniques.
• Provide direct counseling sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities for both individual and group settings, tailored to address diverse challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.
• Develop customized service plans aimed at achieving measurable goals, regularly reviewing and updating progress with clients and their families.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure equitable access to resources, educational accommodations, and relevant social justice issues affecting the communities we serve.
• Collaborate actively with school personnel, community resources, and families to create comprehensive support systems around each client.
• Contribute to program development and community initiatives by participating in project evaluation and grant reporting to secure further funding.
• Engage actively in team meetings and training sessions, sharing insights with colleagues and learning from best practices to improve service delivery.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse client base, primarily focusing on school-aged children and their families facing various socio-emotional challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple cases while maintaining meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in nonprofit organizations, educational settings, or similar environments where advocacy and community engagement are key.
• Proven work with children and families in crisis situations, particularly within school-based programs.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome the selected candidate.
