Ever Most Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team in Chicago, Illinois. This role primarily operates in a remote setting, with flexibility to engage via our outpatient office when needed. Our work environment is supportive and accommodating, allowing therapists to work regular hours with occasional evening shifts to accommodate our clients' needs. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals, fostering collaboration and shared learning.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and person-centered approaches, tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers to deliver integrated and holistic care.
• Respond to crisis situations with empathy and effective intervention strategies, providing immediate support to clients in distress.
• Lead community outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness and education, striving to reduce stigma and expand access to services.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist at Ever Most, you will engage with clients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, enhancing your clinical skills and cultural responsiveness.

• Current and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence in working with diverse populations, exhibiting sensitivity and understanding of various ethnic and socioeconomic factors.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage detailed documentation efficiently.

• Experience with teletherapy and remote counseling platforms.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care practices.
• Active engagement in continuous education and professional development.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
