• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, employing a systematic approach to gather necessary insights.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to diverse client backgrounds and issues.
• Develop personalized service plans in collaboration with clients, outlining goals and actionable steps for measurable progress.
• Advocate for client rights, ensuring access to critical social services and resources that support their mental health journey.
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of programs aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes, alongside grant reporting efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, government entities, and volunteers to foster a robust support network for clients.
• Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives to further engage with clients and stakeholders.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. This includes youth and adults from different socio-economic backgrounds and those navigating complex life experiences. You will leverage trauma-informed care practices to ensure that each client feels safe, respected, and empowered throughout the healing process.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of social justice issues, community resources, and advocacy strategies.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills, essential for effective client interaction.

• Experience working in a nonprofit setting or a similar clinical environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care techniques and community mental health resources is a plus.

This role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
