Mind Experts Counseling Center is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated outpatient services team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ relational and mental health needs, leading to the creation of tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focused on addressing a wide range of psychological and relational challenges.
• Utilize family systems theory and evidence-based modalities to identify and resolve relationship dynamics, enhance communication skills, and reduce family stressors.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, maintaining the safety and well-being of clients in high-stress situations.
• Document therapeutic interactions meticulously, securing client records and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Educate clients on constructive relationship-building skills, coping mechanisms, and resources available for their continuous growth.
• Collaborate effectively with other clinicians, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to create a multi-dimensional care approach for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in marriage and family therapy, including the latest research on addiction and family dynamics.

Our outpatient services cater primarily to individuals and families seeking support for various mental health concerns, including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Mind Experts Counseling Center, your insights and interventions will significantly impact the lives of clients by helping them navigate complex emotional landscapes and improve their relational health.

• Must possess current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.
• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Strong ethical standards, alongside exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A self-motivated individual who is capable of working independently while also embracing teamwork.
• Flexibility in scheduling evening or weekend hours to accommodate client needs is preferred.

• Experience in outpatient therapy services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and crisis intervention strategies will be advantageous.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including those facing addiction challenges, is a plus.

• The annual salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
