This position is entirely remote, allowing therapists to operate from their home environment while utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions through telephonic or video consultations, determining treatment goals based on individual needs.
• Craft tailored treatment plans that address the unique challenges and aspirations of each client, ensuring a client-centered approach.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, both individually and in group formats, utilizing established evidence-based methodologies to guide discussions and interventions.
• Work synergistically with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver coordinated care that improves overall client outcomes.
• Educate clients’ families on mental health conditions and treatment strategies, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress.

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse array of clients grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other persistent psychological challenges. You will be part of a collaborative effort to serve individuals from different cultural backgrounds, allowing you to gain invaluable experience and cultural competence in mental health practice.

• A current and valid license to practice as a LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology in Illinois.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated specialized training or substantive experience in the field of mental health counseling.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices for treating a range of mental health disorders, along with the ability to implement these practices effectively.
• Strong therapeutic skills, allowing you to establish rapport, trust, and motivation among clients on their recovery journey.
• Exceptional communication skills that enable effective collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and qualifications.
