• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to identify patient needs and form tailored treatment plans that align with their specific circumstances.
• Provide individualized short-term counseling sessions and effective crisis intervention for patients experiencing various mental health challenges.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that promote self-improvement and educational initiatives relevant to patient wellness.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and community support organizations, to provide holistic patient care and improve overall outcomes.
• Promote mental health awareness and preventative care through outreach initiatives, such as community wellness events and educational campaigns.
• Maintain confidential and detailed patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and best practices in therapy delivery.

Our counselors serve a diverse range of patients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. By understanding the unique needs of each individual—many of whom come from varied backgrounds and life experiences—you will play a vital role in improving their mental health and overall well-being. Your approach will be tailored to support different demographics within the community, ranging from adolescents to adults, providing culturally competent care.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory; additional education at the master's or doctoral level is strongly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the complex mental health issues commonly encountered in outpatient settings, with a focus on evidence-based practice methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with patients and collaborate with diverse medical and support teams.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience is required for this role.
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings and familiarity with crisis intervention techniques are advantageous.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for patient interaction and therapy delivery is a plus.
