This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to provide individual, family, and group therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes aimed at enhancing the client's mental well-being.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure integrated care and coordinated treatment efforts.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and establish safety planning strategies as required.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to foster community and engagement among clients.
• Maintain consistent and accurate documentation complying with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record systems for ease of access and collaboration.

Your work will focus on a diverse client base seeking help for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

Experience working in a remote setting, utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively, is highly beneficial. Familiarity with electronic health record systems will enhance your place within the team, ensuring streamlined documentation and client progress tracking.
