This is a completely remote position, allowing counselors to work from the comfort and safety of their own homes. We utilize a state-of-the-art counselor portal that facilitates seamless interaction with clients and simplifies scheduling, documenting, and billing. Our chosen platform integrates various aspects of counseling services into one easy-to-use interface, ensuring that you can focus more on providing care than managing administrative tasks.

• Conduct remote, ethical, and compassionate individual therapy sessions primarily through video chat, ensuring accessibility and a supportive environment for clients.
• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities that promote self-awareness, resilience, and healing, tailoring each session to the specific needs of clients.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, identifying clients’ goals and progress markers to facilitate effective therapy.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, relationships, and experiences, fostering growth and understanding throughout the therapeutic process.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans and approaches based on feedback and evolving needs, while supporting the development of healthy coping mechanisms and life skills.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• Proficient in technology and comfortable using digital tools and platforms for telehealth services.

• Experience in providing individual therapy to varied populations, particularly in remote settings.
• Familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approaches.
• Experience in developing treatment plans and utilizing outcome measures to track client progress.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, contingent on hours worked and caseload.
• Weekly direct deposit for timely payment of services rendered.
