As a mental health counselor at Yellow Brick Road, you will have the opportunity to specialize in areas of your interest while being paired with clients whose needs align with your expertise. This allows for impactful and meaningful interactions, directly contributing to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
  • Must possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.
  • Ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring accountability and responsibility in clinical practice.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by a compassionate and empathetic nature.

  • Weekly direct deposit for timely payment of services rendered.
  • A generous monthly healthcare stipend is provided for full-time counselors, supporting your health and well-being.
  • Incentives include a sign-on bonus for newly hired LPCs, enhancing the welcoming experience to our team.
