Job Title: Senior Director, Integrated Facilities Management
What this job involves:
This role oversees all Engineering Services and Integrated Facilities Management operations across JLL's Southeast region (Florida, Georgia, Alabama) for a large global client. You'll be responsible for driving seamless service delivery, maintaining high client satisfaction through quarterly KPIs, fostering a one-team mentality across Engineering and IFM Operations, and ensuring integration with other service lines to deliver cohesive OneJLL solutions. This position requires exceptional leadership, relationship building, and the ability to drive energy savings and operational excellence while being available for after-hours facility emergencies.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Provide outstanding, proactive support to clients and maintain high satisfaction 24/7 365
  • Serve as single point of contact with full accountability for Southeast Engineering and Facility Management account issues and escalations
  • Manage all aspects of Engineering Services and Facilities systems including Asset Management, Operations, Vendor performance, Safety, and Reporting
  • Facilitate integration with other account service lines including Project Management, Market Planning, Occupancy Planning, Transactions, and COE platforms
  • Drive superior performance through excellent people management, coaching teams toward proactive, value-add advisory partnerships
  • Interface and develop relationships with peers across regions and functions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Drive energy savings and accurate energy data through PEERs, leveraging site teams
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with Safe Work practices, especially regarding energized work, working at heights, and confined spaces

  • Proven track record managing diverse teams remotely and identifying and developing top talent
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with ability to build strong client trust and confidence

Requirements:
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Real Estate, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must reside in Florida
  • Willingness to travel throughout FL, GA, and AL
  • Availability after-hours and weekends to address facility emergencies

Preferred:
  • Demonstrable track record in sales
  • Experience across a wide variety of real estate projects

Estimated compensation for this position:
145,000.00 - 170,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
