Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client backgrounds and present challenges, ensuring that evaluations capture the nuances of individual experiences.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and specific intervention strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, documenting key details in electronic medical records consistent with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Regularly monitor treatment objectives and provide updates to clients, caregivers, and other involved parties to ensure collaborative care and that clients are on track to meet their objectives.
