This is a remote position, allowing you to work from your own home while connecting with clients via telehealth platforms. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client backgrounds and present challenges, ensuring that evaluations capture the nuances of individual experiences.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and specific intervention strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, documenting key details in electronic medical records consistent with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Regularly monitor treatment objectives and provide updates to clients, caregivers, and other involved parties to ensure collaborative care and that clients are on track to meet their objectives.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with clients through compassionate engagement, active listening, and culturally responsive practices. Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to enhance service delivery and advocacy.

Our practice supports a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Counselors will work with clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care that honors their lived experiences and concerns. By providing telehealth services, our counselors are breaking down geographical barriers and reaching underserved populations that often struggle to access traditional mental health resources.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and compassionate manner.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records systems is essential; experience using these technologies effectively improves client engagement.

• Experience in substance use counseling, crisis intervention, or related areas is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus and aids in effective communication with a diverse clientele.
• Previous experience in a remote and/or telehealth setting is beneficial in navigating potential challenges unique to virtual counseling.

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
