This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to work from home while engaging with clients from various educational institutions. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and establish personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to suit the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring quality and consistency in documentation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team through regular consultations and case reviews to enhance care delivery.
• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, providing guidance on treatment options as well as community resources that support wellness.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of clinical social work.

The primary focus of this role is working with students facing a variety of mental health challenges, which may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and learning difficulties. You will be instrumental in identifying their needs and providing appropriate therapeutic support that aligns with their educational environment. By addressing mental health concerns early and effectively, you will help facilitate a healthier school experience and promote improved academic performance.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services, preferably within an educational or community mental health setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a broad spectrum of individuals and families.
• Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and maintaining ethical standards in practice.

• Experience working within school systems or with youth populations.
• Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities and interventions that enhance treatment outcomes.
• Ability to effectively utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy.

• Attractive salary range of $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
