This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while being a vital part of a cohesive telehealth team. The flexibility of a remote setting eliminates geographical constraints, enabling you to focus solely on delivering therapeutic support through virtual interactions. With a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you may occasionally need to adapt to evening shifts to accommodate the schedules of the families you serve.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments via telehealth to evaluate the needs of children and adolescents effectively.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring interventions based on developmental stages and family contexts.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and play therapy, to treat a range of mental health conditions.
• Engage in family therapy sessions to empower parents and caregivers, equipping them with strategies to foster a supportive home environment.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely support and resources for affected children and families.
• Educate patients and their families about available mental health resources and treatment methodologies, fostering informed decision-making.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation aligned with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate actively in team discussions, case consultations, and continuous professional development activities.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and advancements in child and adolescent mental health to apply best practices in clinical work.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents dealing with a variety of emotional and psychological conditions. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's or doctoral degree is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional understanding of child and adolescent mental health issues, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices.
• A demonstrated ability to connect with young clients and provide tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication skills that allow for clear dialogue with children, adolescents, and their families, coupled with a kind and patient demeanor.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, showcasing a broad range of interventions and patient interactions.
• Proficient use of EHR systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms to streamline patient interactions and documentation.
• Experience in delivering both individual and family therapy to a diverse clientele is ideal.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
