Advantage Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in providing quality early intervention services to children and their families. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to tailor interventions that support each childโ€™s unique needs.
  • Monitor and document progress, outcomes, and any adjustments needed in treatment strategies, working alongside an interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide evidence-based early intervention support and training to families, empowering them to contribute effectively to their childโ€™s development.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to early intervention services.
  • Develop strong rapport with children, their families, and team members to create a nurturing and collaborative learning environment.
  • Administer evaluations and assessments in a sensitive and engaging manner, taking into account varying learning styles and family dynamics.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position centers on providing impactful support to infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years who have developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with diverse families, understanding their unique circumstances and leveraging community resources to facilitate optimal outcomes. Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
