IT Trainer (Instructional Designer - Epic Ambulatory)

Location: UCHealth UCHlth Admin 3702 Auto Way, US:CO:Fort Collins

Department: UCHlth IT Training

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Days 

Pay: 32.36 - 48.53 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This is a remote position but you must reside in Colorado.

Summary:
Provides advanced training for all IT system(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers lesson plans and curriculum utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, and demonstrations.
  • Responsible for the evaluation of training materials/evaluations to measure the success of course objectives and/or program effectiveness.
  • Documents advanced issues and workflow changes during training sessions works with Supervisor to implement changes needed.
  • Provides advanced support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues. Provides guidance and training to other team members.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred: 

  • Epic Certification or Accreditation in one or more of the following: Ambulatory, Beacon, Phoenix, Kaleidoscope, Dorothy/Comfort, Compass Rose, and/or Healthy Planet.
