Job description

Job Title: UiPath Project Manager
Location: Remote (USA)
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced UiPath Project Manager to lead end-to-end healthcare automation initiatives across clinical, revenue cycle, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will drive RPA project delivery, manage executive stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner closely with business, IT, and clinical teams to deliver measurable automation outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead full lifecycle UiPath automation projects from discovery through deployment and hypercare.
• Manage multiple concurrent healthcare automation initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Drive process discovery workshops, solution design sessions, UAT, deployment planning, and production readiness.
• Track project KPIs including cost savings, FTE reduction, cycle-time improvements, and operational efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, healthcare security standards, and organizational governance policies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including UiPath Developers, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams.
• Support automation CoE governance, best practices, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance oversight.
WHAT THE HIRING MANAGER IS LOOKING FOR
• Strong UiPath Project Management experience with successful delivery of enterprise-scale automation programs.
• Proven healthcare industry background with exposure to hospitals, health systems, or healthcare IT environments.
• Experience working with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech workflows and healthcare operational processes.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation including prior authorization, claims processing, eligibility verification, and charge capture.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.

• Leading end-to-end automation projects in production environments.
Healthcare Domain Experience - 3+ years
• Experience supporting hospitals, health systems, healthcare operations, or healthcare IT.
