Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central Analyst to support critical bed charge build and charge testing initiatives within their Epic environment. This is a backfill opportunity supporting ongoing operational needs and ensuring the successful maintenance and optimization of charge-related workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong Epic Grand Central expertise, hands-on build experience, and experience supporting inpatient charging workflows in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Epic Grand Central functionality.
  • Support bed charge build activities and related workflow optimization.
  • Execute and coordinate charge testing efforts to ensure accurate revenue capture and billing outcomes.
  • Analyze issues, troubleshoot defects, and implement solutions within the Grand Central application.
  • Collaborate with operational, revenue cycle, and clinical stakeholders to validate charge workflows and system functionality.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancement projects, and testing activities.
  • Ensure system build aligns with organizational standards and Epic best practices.

Pay and Benefits
