We are looking for insurance professionals who enjoy winning business, building rapport quickly, influencing decisions, and closing deals. The right person for this role is self-motivated, goal-oriented, competitive, and energized by production, income growth, and opportunity.


This position is 100% remote nationwide, selling into Idaho and your resident state (if available). A hybrid or in-office option is available for candidates located in the Boise, Idaho metro area.


Compensation includes a $2,500/month base salary plus commission. Most producers earn $63,400$128,700 annually, with top performers exceeding $140,000. The compensation structure is designed to reward production, consistency, and results.

Responsibilities

Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance, with Life & Health opportunities

Conduct consultative coverage conversations and policy reviews

Work both agency-provided leads and self-sourced business

Prospect for new business opportunities and maintain pipeline activity

Build rapport quickly and confidently ask for the sale

Handle objections and influence buying decisions effectively

Build, retain, and grow a long-term book of business

Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline independently

Contribute to a competitive, team-oriented sales culture

Maintain licensing, compliance, and accurate documentation


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty insurance license in good standing (required)

Minimum 2 years of experience with a major insurance carrier

Life & Health license (strong plus)

Proven sales production, follow-through, and closing ability

Strong communication, persuasion, and influence skills

Motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Comfortable with performance-based compensation and sales goals
