Enrollment Specialist (Remote)

RemoteVA operates a growing nationwide network of schools focused on high-quality early childhood education to families across the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused remote Enrollment Specialist to join our remote team.

You'll answer inquiries by phone, email, and web, follow up with leads, schedule campus tours, and guide families from first contact through enrollment. You'll work closely with on-site school leaders and track everything in our CRM.

This is a fully remote role on US business hours. The role requires excellent spoken and written English skills, as most of your day will involve speaking with American families via phone, email, and web inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective families via phone, email, chat, and website forms
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and encourage enrollment
  • Schedule and coordinate campus tours with school administrators and on-site leadership teams
  • Guide families through the enrollment process, answering questions and providing accurate information about programs, tuition, and school policies
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Manage a high volume of leads while ensuring excellent customer service and timely follow-up
  • Build strong relationships with prospective families using a warm, engaging, and persuasive communication style
  • Collaborate closely with school leaders and admissions teams to support enrollment goals
  • Track enrollment progress and provide updates regarding lead status and conversion activities
  • Meet performance metrics related to response times, lead conversion, and enrollment targets
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, admissions, call center support, or related fields
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, or enrollment support preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident and professional phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and time management skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce CRM experience is highly preferred
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, email communication, and basic office tools
