The Role
Our client is seeking a Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including processing-intensive analytics and real-time systems. In this role, you will work individually or as part of a team to analyze user requirements, resolve software problem reports, and provide technical input on hardware/software trade-offs. You will utilize modern design methodologies to ensure software components meet strict design and performance requirements for a large-scale government mission. Base compensation ranges from $190k-280k, with a compelling benefits package for qualified candidates.
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and twenty (20) or more years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Elasticsearch, React, JavaScript, Go, and Kubernetes.
Expertise: Strong background in DevOps and UI development, with the ability to manage extremely large data sets and develop novel algorithms.
