Job description

E-commerce Operations Lead

Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide! We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.

And we're looking for an E-commerce Operations Lead to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing advertising, updating listings, pulling sales data into Excel spreadsheets, monitoring inventory, and coordinating FBA shipments.
  • Pulling Amazon inventory data to feed into Pilot (their accounting software), entering invoices, and preparing month-end support packages for the CPA.
  • Maintaining USDA/FDA compliance files, coordinating with 3PLs and custom brokers, and handling cross-entity workflows.

Required Tools

  • Amazon Seller Central
  • Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Qualifications:

  • Strong reading, comprehension, and speaking skills are required. They must understand detailed operational, compliance, logistics, and financial instructions.
  • Must be capable of building and improving processes (SOPs) alongside him, bringing proactive ideas to the table, and eventually working independently.
  • High attention to detail is critical, as errors in spreadsheets, invoices, or inventory tracking can quickly cause major problems.

  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
