Location: Portland, OR - Remote
The Role
The Ecommerce Go-To-Market Specialist - HOKA NA is responsible for driving the execution of seasonal, campaign, and promotional launches across the HOKA North America ecommerce platform. This role ensures the timely and accurate delivery of digital assets, manages site content, and supports cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience. By coordinating project timelines, analyzing performance, and championing innovation, you'll help elevate HOKA's digital presence and deliver best-in-class consumer journeys.

Your Impact
  • Imagery & Asset Process Management
    • Own imagery management and submit imagery needs for launches.
    • Coordinate and track imagery projects and deliveries with production teams.
    • Create wireframes for site content to support launches and promotions.
  • Asset Coordination
    • Coordinate imagery for seasonal launches, ensuring assets are accurate, approved, and available.
    • Manage and assign merchandising content blocks across key PLPs.
    • Create and manage Stylitics to optimize product presentation and availability.
  • Project & Timeline Management
    • Support holistic site content planning from strategy and briefing through execution and launch.
    • Monitor and communicate site flip progress, opening and managing development tickets.
    • Execute UAT for site flips, launches, and promotional campaigns, partnering with development teams.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Recap and analyze campaign performance using FullStory and other reporting tools.
    • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Identify and recommend Google Analytics tagging requirements for custom site builds and enhancements.
  • Reporting & Innovation
    • Assist in maintaining analytics dashboards to monitor ecommerce performance.
    • Conduct weekly Shop the Site audits to evaluate customer journey, content accuracy, and site functionality.
    • Benchmark global ecommerce experiences and support market and competitor research.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years of experience in ecommerce or a related field.
  • Experience working in Cloudinary, Salsify or similar Product Information Management tools, FullStory, and Edited preferred.
  • Online experience and knowledge of web design, site functionality, digital marketing, and branded product environments required.
  • Knowledge of trends in ecommerce and omnichannel retail.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of project management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Estimating and reporting abilities with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Industry knowledge of footwear and apparel styles and materials.
  • Analytical problem solving with the ability to identify issues in advance and recommend solutions.
  • Process optimization mindset with the ability to improve workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Consumer-first mindset with passion for digital commerce, brand storytelling, and best-in-class consumer experiences.
