No previous sales background is required. New representatives receive training, coaching, and ongoing support while learning how to work with clients and manage the sales process.

What You’ll Be Doing

The role centers around helping individuals understand their available benefit and coverage options.

Responsibilities include:

  • Speaking with prospective clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
  • Asking questions to understand client needs and priorities
  • Explaining available products and benefits in a straightforward way
  • Helping clients compare options and make informed decisions
