Position Overview:

Faith Group, LLC is seeking a motivated, entry-level designer to join our dynamic team in St. Louis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of consulting, design, and construction projects across diverse technology disciplines. You will collaborate with experienced professionals across the organization, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure to the full project lifecycle.

This position requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is excited about opportunities to travel to project sites throughout the United States.

Location: Remote - Must be located on the West Coast

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior designers and engineers to develop and update low voltage, technology, security and audio/visual system drawings and documentation.
  • Conduct research on project-specific technologies, materials, and standards.
  • Assist in the review and development of project specifications.
  • Support document management efforts, including version control, formatting, and distribution.
  • Attend and support project meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal departments and external partners across different disciplines.
  • Travel to project sites within the United States for design coordination, site observations, and project meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in electrical or low voltage design.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to grow professionally.
