Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Digital Engineering Consultant for a full-time remote role within a growing North America industrial consulting practice. The consultant will implement and integrate PLM solutions for manufacturing and engineering clients, bridging the gap between product design and manufacturing execution.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and integration of PLM solutions for manufacturing and engineering clients
  • Configure and customize PLM platforms to match client engineering and manufacturing workflows
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and client training sessions
  • Manage data migration from legacy engineering systems to modern PLM platforms
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and manufacturing operations teams across client organizations
  • Document technical specifications, integration designs, and user guides
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on PLM implementation experience
  • Proficiency in one or more PLM platforms: Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA
  • Understanding of product engineering, BOM management, and change management processes
  • Experience working with manufacturing or industrial engineering clients preferred
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
