Position Overview

Are you ready to architect the grid of the future? We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineer III to join our elite Transmission Line Engineering team.   • Grid Innovation & Design: Lead the design of high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution systems, utilizing PLS-CADD™ to create high-fidelity models for both new builds and legacy system modernizations.

  • Technical Stewardship: Conduct rigorous technical reviews of engineering documents, plans, and specifications to ensure absolute alignment with utility-specific requirements and national safety standards.

  • Advanced Engineering Analytics: Develop comprehensive technical reports, structural calculations, and detailed sketches that serve as the blueprint for successful project execution.

  • Standard Optimization: Drive the continuous refinement of internal and client-specific design standards, integrating innovative methodologies to improve project consistency and safety.

  • Multidisciplinary Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with engineering managers, environmental consultants, and utility clients to ensure complex transmission solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Project Leadership: Take full ownership of assigned project lifecycles, managing critical timelines, tracking sophisticated deliverables, and ensuring flawless documentation.

Required Qualifications
