This full-time remote position allows licensed therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while ensuring access to modern technology and resources. Our work setting promotes a collaborative atmosphere with fellow professionals. You will work daytime hours from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, eliminating the need for unpredictable evenings, weekends, or on-calls. The organization provides robust backend support so that you can devote your energy to patient care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering structured CBT-oriented teletherapy sessions to clients, enabling them to develop practical coping strategies and improve their mental health outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous records of each session using our streamlined Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and optimizing treatment continuity.
• Participating in regular peer consultation meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and refine therapeutic approaches, while keeping up to date with required Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
• Building and managing a stable, manageable caseload that maximizes client care and therapist effectiveness.
• Engaging in assessments and evaluations that help tailor treatment plans to meet individual client needs.

Your practice will primarily involve working with adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. By leveraging the principles of CBT, you will help clients navigate their personal journeys toward healing, fostering resilience and overall mental wellness.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An active and valid Florida mental health license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field, with a preference for those holding a Master’s degree.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling, with a minimum of one year in independent practice.
• Prior experience in providing telehealth services, demonstrating proficiency with virtual platforms and electronic documentation.
