• Conduct detailed client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions, establishing trusting relationships to encourage open dialogue.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health concerns, incorporating evidence-based strategies.
• Provide engaging one-on-one counseling sessions using our teletherapy platform, integrating various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as needed, promoting peer support and collaboration among clients facing similar challenges.
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and developments over time.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrative care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to remain current with advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and technologies, enhancing service delivery.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and family dynamics. The role requires a compassionate approach to support clients facing these obstacles, ensuring a client-centered focus that tailors therapy to their unique needs and cultural contexts.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, contributing ideas and support to fellow professionals.
• Strong understanding of mental health treatments, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technologies.

Experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) will be advantageous. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 95,000 per year, alongside opportunities for financial growth through performance incentives.
