• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment plans that reflect each individual's circumstances and goals.
• Facilitate regular one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques tailored to effectively address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic support and comprehensive treatment for each client.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records following ethical and legal standards, using electronic medical records systems to document all interactions.
• Participate in regular training workshops and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mental health counseling.
• Contribute to program development initiatives aimed at enhancing our service delivery and expanding our reach within the community.

You will serve a diverse population of clients, each with unique challenges and journeys. Your empathetic approach will help individuals, couples, and families navigate their mental health journeys, fostering trust and connection. We prioritize cultural competence and inclusivity, ensuring that every client feels understood and valued regardless of their backgrounds.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing equitable and transformative mental health care that honors the unique experiences of all clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals facing emotional challenges is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus, as it enhances efficiency in client management and documentation.
• Proven abilities in building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering a sense of safety and trust essential for effective therapy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 100,000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications.
