• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized therapeutic plans that specifically cater to the unique goals and needs of each client.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities to provide ongoing support, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
• Implement behavioral strategies to track and measure client progress, ensuring that treatment aims are met effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with both organizational policies and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, training, and peer feedback to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques.

Our therapists have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, primarily composed of couples and individuals facing a range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. The ability to approach therapy with cultural sensitivity and an understanding of varied backgrounds will significantly enhance the therapeutic relationships built within our practice.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, showcasing effective therapeutic practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Detail-oriented, with experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.

• Experience working in remote therapy or telehealth settings.
• Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities, particularly those focused on couples therapy and family dynamics.
• Background in community health initiatives or interventions.
