Our small firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at independently handling an employment law caseload of litigation, investigations, responses to agency charges, and advice and counsel matters. Your caseload is manageable with a billable hour expectation of 1,500 per year with paralegal, legal assistant, and law clerk support.

Compensation: Based on experience. Starting at a $160,000 base, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses.
