• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that consider clients’ unique needs, including the formulation of crisis intervention strategies and positive behavior support plans.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress timely and accurately to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring a high level of accountability and quality control.
• Utilize evidence-based screening and intervention tools as outlined by the clinical team, integrating ongoing feedback into best practice methodologies.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with colleagues across programs to create a cohesive approach to client care and improve service delivery.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organization’s commitment to integrity and quality mental health services.

Our counseling services span a diverse client population comprising adults, children, and families dealing with various mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental needs. As an LMHC at Wellmore Counseling Center, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support and guidance to these individuals, fostering an environment conducive to healing, learning, and growth.

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a full-time clinical internship in a recognized mental health setting.
• Eligibility for licensure as a mental health counselor in the State of Massachusetts.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, reflecting your professionalism and commitment to client service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.
• Demonstrated capacity for empathetic listening, combined with effective guiding strategies that respect client autonomy and encourage self-discovery.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to deadlines.

• Experience working in community mental health settings, especially with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Prior involvement in team-based approaches to treatment planning and coordination.
