• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health issues, determining the best course of action for support and treatment.
• Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to individual client needs, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Lead group therapy sessions, offering a safe environment for participants to share experiences and learn coping strategies alongside peers.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, adapting strategies as necessary based on client progress.
• Manage crisis situations effectively by conducting risk assessments and coordinating appropriate emergency interventions when needed.

The clients you will serve can range from young adults to seniors, addressing a variety of mental health issues.
